At 0700 on daybreak, both the USA and Japanese aircrafts attacked the enemy.

USA has decided to keep almost all of their fighters at CAP for Turkey shooting.

The Japanese has decided not to fly CAP and fly all their fighters to escort their dive bombers and torpedo bombers to attack the sighted USA Task Force

i.e. the Task Force under the blue dice

The 2nd wave does not do much damage.

as only a few Dive Bombers on those 4 carriers.

The 3rd wave failed to locate the USA Task Force!
